The weight room is accessible to members and day-pass users. Members enjoy unlimited access to all fitness and yoga classes: it’s all part of your membership. Non-members are welcome too, with day pass pricing available.

MovNat is all about building real-world strength, mobility, and resilience by practicing natural movement patterns. Classes are structured, progressive, and adaptable, making them a great fit for beginners and seasoned athletes alike.
